::Great location, modern comfortable apartments. Short distant to beach, city centre. Highly recommended, book directly and itâs cheaper then via an agent.

::Noisy & inconfortable hotel We stayed for almost 3 weeks in this hotel and I do not recommend it at all. During the first week it was impossible to sleep due to 2 groups of noisy students who were continuously parting. We were woken up at 2h, 3h, 4h⌠no matter when! by the noise of people shouting, doors slamming, furniture moving inside the apartments⌠In addition, during the first 3 days there was no hot water at all in the shower, and the rest of the days the water in the shower was continuously switching from freezing to burning, impossible to stop it at the good temperature. They change us the apartment⌠twice! Every time they assure us that the hot water issue and the noise were solved but it was not. For sure the noise improved after the students left, but you can hear everything in those apartments which are not quiet at all!. Besides that, there are lots of other details: there are several broken sockets, the linens are stained, the kitchen utensils were dirty, broken or just damaged, there was a water leak in the sink, the lift was not working several times during our stay, the internal phone is inaudible⌠do I need to go on? It can be a good place if you go to Valencia to party and get drunk, but it is definitely not a good one if you go for work and you have to wake up early in the morning. The staff is kind (specially Matias who bore most of my night complains) and they try to compensate us with a free diner at the restaurant hotel (which I appreciated), but that doesnât change the fact that I had the same problems during all my stay.
