Had a sports massage with kinesiology, and it was excellent. I did get the very firm neck cracking that others mentioned, but it did wonders for me! Professional, friendly, fully trained staff.

Story in short: I got a head massage and it was ok. But after massage they have charged me more than what they had told me before massage. Price for head massage is 25 euro for 30mins shown on website, it is the same price as I was told by an English speaking lady at reception before massage. After massage I paid 30 euro by request from masseuse. Nothing to do with the money I can give that 5 euro as tips if I got an excellent massage, but this is about bad feeling from increased price after service without notice. Here is the long story why you get a bad review in exchange of 5 euro extra income: I found this place by searching for massage on google. I have checked their website already and tried to book a Head Massage online (cost 25 euro) to take a massage on the same day, there was a session at 9pm available, I tried to book it but I gave up because after click on "bookings" everything turned into Spanish and I can see I shall input so much details like full name, nationality, etc.. at the same time I was just nearby their place so I decided to called them instead. The lady who picked up the phone can speak English. I asked if they are available for a massage tonight at any time, the lady said they have availability right now, so I went upstairs (I was just in front of the building). At reception the lady who I spoke to on the phone asked me what massage I want. I said I want head massage. She then introduced to me what's included in a head massage session and most importantly, she said it is 30mins for 25 euro and if I want more I can extend the time. Then I started the massage with another lady who doesn't speak English at all (we had to communicate in body language). After the massage finished, at the reception the masseuse wrote 30 euro on paper and asked me to pay. I showed her on my phone the 25 euro price on their website, also tried to explain to her that I was told by their colleague the same price. I have also asked if she can explain to me what's the extra fee for, she could not explain because of language barrier. Then her colleague came out to help, she speaks a little English (not the English speaking lady who answered my phone), so she said to me it is because I came without booking which will cost more, the price on website is for online booking. But where does it say it will charge extra fee without booking in advance?! I tried to explained to both of them again that before massage started their colleague told me the same price as shown on their website, but they did not accept that and insisted to charge me extra fee. To be honest the massage, atmosphere, music, decorations are good, but I don't want to come back again at all just because I don't like to be cheated. Well, now you get your 5 euro, along with a bad review and a never-return customer!

I went for a massage because of pain in the lower hence I got a sport massage focused on the lower back. The massage itself was very good (the back pain was gone) however at the end I got heavily surprised by the cracking of my neck. The experience itself was terrifying, I heard everything crack. Even my smart watch noticed this by a sudden heart rate jump from roughly 90 to 154 (see attachment). Later I read on the internet a neck crack can cause catastrophic results in a stroke or paralysis caused by damaging the nerves which made me anxious, I’m even contemplating of when I’m home I should go to my GP to make sure everything’s still fine and whether I should get an X-ray or something. You guys should really warn and ask before commencing it! I’ve had numerous massages in I don’t know many countries but never had a neck crack included in the massage.

Made an appointment to come back in the afternoon because the 'sport masseuse' would be there. Wanted a targeted treatment for my neck as discussed in English with the lady behind the desk. At arrival the masseuse who was there did not speak any English (I know I'm in there country, but still) She was not informed well about all that I explained earlier. And she did not understand me and just started to massage, which wasnt very good at all and definitely not helping towards my problem (I've had hundreds of massages, I'm sure that I know what I'm talking about) She was rough and clumsy. Also I only got 20 minutes and paid €25 for 30 minutes. At the end she said, Ok? And I tried to explain that it wasn't. Yes you come back again tomorrow, she said. Yeah... well I'm not buying that. Rip off!
