  A mixed bag to be fair, the outside rooms were in need of a good refurbishment, however the hotel interior was far more modern. The bar and pool area are nice enough, beer was nice and cold, also have a self serve beer pump area, which saves on queues. Be prepared to wait a while for the snack bar, 3 open sides and no-one seems to queue and was a little 'any man for themselves' Food was extremely oily as well. The main food restaurant was clean, food nice if a little European themed. Good points - staff are all very nice and friendly, pool nice, a little cool, not far from the beach and the town centre, Overall not a bad stay and we enjoyed our break.

  I am genuinely in 2 minds about this hotel. We stayed in an apartment and they are in serious need of a refresh. The apartments also seemed to cater for young, same sex groups leading to nighttime noise and the view to the rear of our apartment was completely run down wasteland which I guess is out of the hands of the hotel. Having said that, the public part of the hotel is quite well looked after and the staff are friendly and helpful, so maybe if we had stayed in one of the main hotel rooms I would feel completely different about it. The food is OK but doesn't seem to follow a theme so it's sometimes hard to choose a coherent plate of food. If it had been quieter and the apartment in better condition I could have scored it higher. Stars of the trip were the little Monk Parakeets dashing all over the place from nests in the side street.

  Stayed here for a week this year, definitely not a 4 star hotel, after the cleaner had been in our room I noticed they had stolen an item of clothing. Reported and complained to the reception and they did absolutely nothing about it. They move things around in your room to make it look ‘tidier’ but that’s just to distract you from the fact they’ve stolen things. That is the only thing we’ve noticed is stolen so far. Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommended. Glad we got a safe for the week for our valuables otherwise they probably would of taken a lot more than just clothes. The rooms are uncomfortable, way too noisy when people are just walking down the corridor, some of the rooms are joined by a door so i could hear everything happening in the room next to us. The cleaning isn’t at the same time every day so you never know when you can go in your room. The lifts are terrible when we first got there we got stuck in one of them so we didn’t use them again. If you’re looking for a 4 star hotel this really isn’t it. The only good thing about this hotel is the paninis at the pool bar.

  Stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time and had a great stay. The dinner staff made us feel welcome and even gave us champagne/bubbly for mine and mum's birthday along with a little cake .. was brilliant touch.. the hotel is ideally suited for a quieter holiday and like walking as it is away from main town but all good connections to railway station and town walking or on bus( which stops right outside) A few more hot veggie options needed at dinner

  We have just had a weeks stay here through JET2 Holidays. Family of 4. We had a great room, at the front on the 7th floor. Fantastic views and a clean large room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were all inclusive and there was always something that we enjoyed at every meal. The entertainment was great, a big thank you to Argi, my children loved the activities. Plenty of space around the pools and we never had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel is located close the the town, a short walk and also easy for the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel and I am sure we will go back in the future.
