  Not 4 star, but not bad for a 2 night stay. Concierge is VERY rude but, it's Spain so it is what it is. The kitchen, luggage and transportation staff are very friendly and much kinder. Rooms were small but very clean and equipped with all that you'll need.

  Stayed here as all other reasonably priced hotels in Madrid were booked the night we were there. Location is not bad, but not right downtown. 15 mins from train station by taxi, 35 mins to airport. Rooms were fine, clean, etc. Check in was easy, cabs were waiting outside, there's a 24/7 coffeeshop across the street, so it did the trick for us.

  The rooms were clean & there's a great view of the city landscape from the higher level rooms , but that's the only good thing I can say about it. Whilst we were there, the lifts has failed and the breakfast room was just adequate. On our arrival, the lobby was packed to the rafters with people checking in or out (or just waiting or loitering, which indicates poor management of processes), and the place looked tired & in need of modernisation. Some of the staff also seemed to not want to be there , judging by their attitude. As I've since realised there are better places to stay in Madrid. So choose wisely.

  The hotel is in a good location by using public transport. The rooms have a good amount of space and a nice bathtub. Would stay here again.

  The staffs were kind of too ‘cool’. I didn’t feel the warmth nor the smiles. Only one receptionist who really smiled. Was it because of winter? Anyway, the bed room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious. Both are very clean. Breakfast was just okay. Free WIFI but was sometimes speedy and sometimes very very slow. Location wise, it’s great. Around the hotel, there’re convenient stores, restaurants, coffee shops including the round clock one across the street. It’s 5 minute walk to a huge shopping mall, Plaza Rio 2. And, It is only 4 km from city center.
