::Stay away from this bank if you are an expat. The customer service is horrendous, and if you leave Spain and need to do something with your account, it is literally impossible. Having lived in various countries and dealt with banks in various jurisdictions, this is by far the worst to deal with. They are by far the most incompetent individuals. I will have to travel back to Spain to appear in the office where I opened my account to make changes. You have been warned.
