  Mi experiencia como cliente ha sido excelente. Tuve que esperar unos minutos, pero entiendo que cada cliente es tan importante como yo mismo. La atención del encargado, perfecta.

  Friendly Staffel but be careful! We switched the car after one day because the booked category was not available at the first time. After the final car return I asked for a receipt. At the desk I got a tablet with the words "please sign here". Luckily I checked the (grey) figures above. Avis tried to charge additional 70€. The first reply was "that's the final part of the payment". After I stated that I payed 100% upfront they said that it is the fee for refilling the tank. As they did not find a related gas receipt but we had ours the additional fee was removed...

  Me han tratado de primer nivel! Nada para reprochar. Desde el primer minuto tratando de ayudar. Servicio de atención excelente!

  At the desk the additional cost almost doubled the renting price. Received a car with damages not mentioned in the rental agreement. Did not know about benefits of flying blue membership. Wait a long time. No service at car return.

  They charged me three times more than the original amount for giving back the car 3.5 hours too late. Unbelievable! This is so not true! I want my money back. Never ever going back to this car rental office again. Also the wheel pressure wasnt correct so we had to refill it.
