  Incredibly slow service - unlike any other apple store we have ever experienced.... People are queueing all around the shop waiting for service at various points - staff all seem busy so maybe it’s just very understaffed but whaow it’s it’S a long wait!

  Very bad guarantee service. I've bought an protector glass for iPhone X and after a month there was a bubble on it. But they refuse to take responsibility despite the year guarantee period. For the first time, they have provided me a non-existent URL of Belkin site, the second time, when I came to claim, they said I have to email to non-existent email address. Finally, I contacted with Belkin US support by myself, but they refused to help me and gave me a spain phone number to which nobody answer. So, don't ever think to buy anything there.

  After softwear update macbook pro was broken. They offer me to come in 3 days to see it. Awful.

  Great store on two levels. The staff was kind and friendly. I did not have an appointment but a problem with my charger. After waiting in line for some minutes I needed to wait a bit longer , but the girl was really friendly and even said sorry that it took a bit longer. I got a new charger and did not have talk to much around it. Ive been to quite some apple stores, and this one is definitely one of the good ones!
