  Loved the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and everything is cleaned and shiny. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Little far from downtown but the walk is nice and about 15 min

  Had the misfortune to attend an event here. Very unfriendly staff. The manager had the attitude of a Spanish hoodlum. They just wanna make money and then kick you right out the door. There are much nicer hotels in Valencia. If you find yourself here though don't all Spanish people are like this. They are a nice, welcoming people. Just the waiters and restaurant staff of this chain are creating a very unpleasant contrast. Avoid this place. Have your event somewhere else!

  Myself and my husband enjoyed our stay on our birthday as we have the same d.o.b. We celebrate together uncanny I know but true ..... Ok so when I used the iron it leaked and sprayed out limescale all over my dress I only used the steam on the iron from a 10" distance thankfully I wasn't too close to my dress ! (my previous profession was owner of a boutique) selling and steaming garments wedding dresses etc high quality fabrics . The housekeeping hotel staff asked my husband where we got the iron from? It was obveously supplied in the room !!!. As you can imagine he wasn't happy at all explaining this dress costs hundreds of pounds ! They did take the dress immediately and clean it free of charge . We went to use the spa and were told we should of bought our gowns down from our room . Reception told us we shouldn't ???. The pool was lovely the sauna and steam room too. It's such a shame I can only give 3*as it could of been a great stay We used the Japanese resteraunt and were told to look on Google for an explanation of the desert There seem to be a few things that need to fixed here. The room was nice most of the staff were good and bought us up some birthday cake and a drink after the iron incident . I would of given 5* but I think 3* is fair here. I've enclosed pictures to show you our lovely cake but please be careful of the iron !

  The hotel is nicely situated for businesses but for a 5 star hotel then the rooms are VERY old fashioned. A reform is very much needed for the rooms. The TV is not even Full HD and there is no USB suport at all for content viewing. So far after all my travels then The Westin Valencia is the ONLY 5 star hotel that I have been in that has no modern TV.

  Very nice hotel. But windows in the room were impossible to close so sounded like I was sleeping on the highway. Not ok for a hotel this standard. The hotel staff tried to fix it but could not then they moved me to another room. Great service!
