  Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Lovely Flowers. We sent some to our friends in Spain. They were delighted.

  Our friends ordered a present of a bouquet from Telerosa in Spain to come to Benijofar for us... it came in a very poor condition so we e.mailed them them and sent them photos of the bouquet in full and of the flowers once we opened them to show them how wilted they were. We sent this within one day ...they ignored our e.mails until I told them I would write a review...then they came back and were very rude to us by saying we had tampered with the flowers......In all the years (I am 68) we have been having flowers sent to us we have never had a display so poor.. It was as though they had been left for a long time without attention before they delivered them to us....In short... I shall never use telerosa ever.....they have no honour and do not care about customer care....Hugely disappointed...Jean Roy

  I was skeptical about ordering flowers online that too from another country but Telerosa turned out to be a great choice . I've ordered flowers for a friend and they delivered them promptly. They even called me (in India) for alternate contact number when the recipient didn't answer on the contact number provided. Also, they were accommodating when my friend asked the flowers to be delivered to another location. Thank you for a wonderful service!
