::Terrible spa!!! We booked two massages, 1 hour each, under the condition that it should be a strong massage, otherwise we didn't want it. We were assured that the massages would be strong. Unfortunately what we got was nothing like that, I wouldn't even go as far as to call it a massage. Even after telling the masseuse to apply more pressure she wouldn't. As we complained at the reception about the spa (as we checked out), we were told that they couldn't do anything, since the spa did not belong to the hotel, but they would pass on the message to the spa director. For us as customers it doesn't really matter whether or not the two things belong together, but since the spa is in the same building as the hotel and charged by the hotel, they should take an interest in it. Best not to stay in that hotel at all!

::Brilliant City, brilliant location, brilliant staff and brilliant hotel! This hotel was amazing! I made a mistake with my booking and Francisco in reception went above and beyond to help me. the staff are all polite and well dressed, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms are of excellent size and standard. the young gentlemen on the bar Jorge, also is a credit to the hotel and makes an amazing Jagermeister Mojito, try it!

::Nice hotel in a very good location at reasonable rates. My wife and I spent 3 nights here in late March whilst on a weekend vacation. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating upon arrival and even though it doesn't have its own car park, the fact you can use the car park opposite at a 50% discount is very convenient. The foyer was very pleasent, the bar was good and the room was very satisfactory. Bathroom was clean with both a bath and shower. Bed was a touch hard but pillows very comfortable. There isn't an iron in the room but house keeping will deliver promptly to your room. Pool and gym are small but okay. Gym has a range of CV machines and strength equipment. Outside terrace was closed when we visited undergoing refurbishment. The hotel is located right opposite the park which was the former river bed. Some lovely morning or evening strolls are available on your doorstep. Valencia Old Town is a 15 min walk away and is truly delightful. Ancient Cathedrals, cobbled streets and authentic Spanish restaurants await. The fantastic architecture of the new museum and aquarium is also only a 15 min walk away through the park. However, the beach is a good 30-40 min walk, but worth the trek. Overall a great weekend and we will definitely revisit Valencia and this hotel.

::Fantastic hotel. If you are sport addicted you wont find a better location. Just in front of the hotel you have 10km long park with beautiful surroundings and views. Hotel itself is equipped with nice gym and swimming pool. Quality of breakfast and room's are great.

::Was moved through a total of six rooms before finally settling in for a five night stay (mostly water leaks and a window that wouldn't close facing a construction site). The staff was friendly though not overly accommodating, the cleaning staff were wonderful and the location is good.
