  Lugar con encanto, situación inmejorable junto a la plaza mayor. La habitación bien decorada y bien situada. El bañó a mejorar bastante por su ubicación dentro de la habitación, incómodo. Cama muy cómoda . La atención por parte del personal excelente. El desayuno bueno. El precio dependiendo de la época, un poco elevado pero la ubicación y el edificio histórico lo merecen.

  Nice and cozy hotel that is VERY close to many of the major attractions. The food was good and rooms were clean and pleasant. Some older reviews mentioned no elevators, but when I stayed (March 2018) there were 2 working elevators so don't worry :)

  Personale molto gentile e cortese. Ottimo il servizio colazione. Posizione eccellente. Unico difetto la scarsa privacy della toilette a causa della porta con apertura sui lati. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo storico.

  My husband and I brought our college age son to Madrid for his spring break for a week of culinary tours and cultural experiences. The three of us stayed in one room. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful (expecially with our somewhat challenged Spanish!) The breakfast is just wonderful. The choices are many and fresh and they accommodate every sort of dietary needs imaginable! The location is 100 yards to Plaza Mayor. We love to walk and you can walk to The Palace, The Prado and most everything in-between. The Metro is right there at the Sol station for access to the entire city of Madrid. We would definitely stay here again!

  Un lugar histórico muy bien decorado y ambientado. Está situado en una zona comercial con gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares para comer y muchas tiendas. Un lugar céntrico que da acceso a muchos lugares, perfecto para visitar Madrid. La posada tiene un restaurante donde comer si no se quiere buscar un restaurante fuera, pero hay que pagarlo previamente con la reserva. Las habitaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas, pero quizá las familiares se quedan un poco pequeñas. La recepción posee una habitación dedicada a guardar las pertenencias de los clientes si se quiere disfrutar de la ciudad un poco más antes de irse y no se quiere ir cargando de las maletas.
