  Even though room was small, it was very clean. Ladies at desk were delightful. Were there to please you! This is the smallest room that they offer, but it was a great price. It was around $472 taxes included for 3 nights. Breakfast was included.

  Hotel is in such a good central location, close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Room was spacious, had tea/coffee facilities. Staff were really friendly and made our stay very special! Would definitly stay here again!

  Hotel reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities at the hotel were very basic and disappointing. Room was clean but sparse, bath was supposed to have a whirlpool which didn't work. The coffee wasn't replenished in the room during the stay. Breakfast could have been better - no staff on hand to assist. I would rate this hotel 2 star based on my experience.

  We liked the location of the hotel and the old building itself and appreciated being given a lovely room with a view down the alley and away in the other direction from another window. The reception was warm and helpful, the room very clean, comfortable, spacious and the bathroom spotless and well equipped. Because the weather at the end of January was so cold, we had slight difficulties operating the heating controls, but as soon as the reception staff reset it, it worked perfectly. Maybe there should be instructions in the room? The beds were so comfortable and the storage generous for hanging clothes. The TV was set for Spanish and Italian visitors, a good linguistic exercise for us Brits, the only English speaking programme being vile stock market reports! It was very nice having a kettle to make a cup of tea and we made use a couple of times of the generous provision of the coffee machine at reception. It was my birthday when we arrived and the little cake with a candle was such a lovely touch. We felt welcome and very happy in this excellent hotel. The Wifi was very good and such a sensible log in.
