  This evening I walked past this pet shop and was upset by the treatment of some of the animals in it. Notably, the mother turtle who was separated from her offspring by a glass window and who was trying desperately to reach them. I hope this pet shop fixes this issue as it should not be selling unhappy animals to its customers. I’ve just seen the owner’s response - thank you very much for answering. I did see the turtle being very upset with my own eyes, desperately clawing at the window between her and the tank with the younger turtles (who seemed to be the same species), so I would be grateful if you could double check the situation.

  Inhumane treatment of the turtles who were visibly distraught. Pay more attention to your animals - you can’t separate a mother from her children and divide them with a glass screen so she can see them but not reach them. Please correct this as soon as possible.

  Tienda enorme donde tienen de todo para mascotas. Los empleados muy amables. A mi me llegaron a aconsejar de comprar un producto más barato pero más idóneo para las necesidades de mi mascota que el que tenía en mente. Eso dice mucho a su favor. No todos lo hacen. La única pega es que la tienda de Valencia se encuentra en una zona que ya queda un poco alejada del centro.

  Falta variedad en jaulas para pájaros,por lo menos yo sólo vi 4 modelos . Buena atención. Las galletas caseras les encantaron a mis perras, la chica muy ,muy agradable. Gracias por contestar, no sabía que tenías catálogo para ver más modelos, lo tendremos en cuenta para próximas visitas
