  A beautiful, old converted palace, that's fairly reasonably priced for the quality. Bonus: access to the spa/sauna is included at no additional cost, and is worth the visit.

  I quite enjoyed my at this hotel. It's in the perfect location in central Valencia, just to the side of the busiest and most bustling streets and yet within walking distance of wherever you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, yet small for the price. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food but, again, is overpriced. So many better choices to be found nearby as far as dining is concerned. Staff are attentive and well trained, as expected of a 5* hotel. Everything that you would expect from an expensive hotel will meet, but probably not surpass your expectations. As others have said it does indeed have a welcoming, relaxing feel to it, like a family owned hotel.

  Stayed for 4 days. Great hotel, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant 3 times- really good. I would definitely come back.

  Nice. Clean. Good location. Service was ok. Didn't use the spa because we didn't have time. Valencia is great!

  Pros: Great location, super close to a great spot in the big park, very close to city center. Staff is very professional and friendly Good breakfast. Nice selection and great service. Our room was HUGE, lots of space to get around, it was very nice Nice patio to have a drink at Cons: There were no real windows in the room, which was a bit of a bummer (it was a loft in the top most floor so there were only two upwards facing windows). The room was otherwise very nice The minibar was tiny, it would have been nice to be able to buy stuff outside and store in a fridge in the room
