  The Hotel is close to the city centre. Several restaurants and the Turia park are close by. There is a bike rental close to the hotel as well. The city centre and the beach are to far away from the hotel to really walk. The metro is also more than a fifteen minute walk. The bedroom we had was good. Blankets were put in place and clean. There is a minibar in the rooms with most drinks priced around €2,25. The bathroom is really spacious. We had a bath and shower in one. There was a big wardrobe in the bathroom for storing clothes. Also, there was a safe in the room for storing precious goods. Wifi is free and fast in the hotel. On the seventh floor there is a rather small gym and a tiny (cold) pool. These are free for hotel guests. Check-in is available after 14.00pm. We arrived very early at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and kept our luggage in a locked staff room so that we could go in the city and check-in later. We couldn't find the blankets at first (our beds were already made up, but we hadn't noticed) and after a call within a minute there was somebody to help. All in all, this hotel offered us a quick and friendly service. Rooms are good and clean. If you use the metro to travel, this hotel is not your best option. There are busstops in the area though.

  Helpful and friendly staff. Tourist bus stop 10 nearby very handy. Quiet area and small but good gym and outdoor area. Unfortunately no coffee/tea available.

  Definitely expected more of this hotel. Breakfast buffet was disappointing and way too crowded (as they offer it to people who are not guests of the hotel). The lobby bar was practically non-existant and worked odd hours and there was no coffee in the room so it's almost impossible to get coffee at the hotel during the day. Aside from that, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to the park which is convenient for great walks.

  Amazing hotel. Awesome rooms. Very good breakfast with huge spread. Staff is very helpful and professional. Hotel is conveniently located from the major tourist attractions.

  Cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Toilet brush missing (they gave us one of paper after we complained 😲). Keys to the room stopped working mid-stay. Breakfast quality is average, better go out to one of the nice coffee shops. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Or advice: try another hotel.
