  Overall the spa was an enjoyable experience but the treatment side of things was very poor. You are not given a time but told that your therapist will 'find' you at some point during the two hours. The result of this is someone shouting names (despite simultaneously telling everyone to be silent) regularly throughout and inevitably missing your name being called if you happen to be out of sight/in the toilet etc. The massage itself was ok but is in a room with about 5 or 6 other people so quite distracting.

  Great Ambiance and Staff. Highly recommended if you’re looking to relax. Do not hesitate to go if you have time during your stay in Seville !

  Spent a couple of hours here today. Booked just the baths package. Great baths of all sorts of types; hot, cold, salt and steam. Great ambience, relaxing music, candle light in the baths. It takes you back to the Persian era and gives an Arabic style feeling. Relaxing experience which I enjoyed greatly.

  Very beautiful, nice people, but... for what I paid, I would expect a good massage. Although I asked for more pressure, it was really a joke. Also, it would be nice to at least have curtains that give a sense of intimacy in the massage- you are in a large room with at least 10 people. There are curtains around each bed but they don’t use them...!? They also don’t ask if you have anything you want them to focus on. Really the worst massage I’ve ever had. 100 euros. I also paid for chocolates and champagne - in the picture they were beautiful artisan chocolates. In reality they were covered in chocolate sprinkles- poor quality. For what you pay, go to use the baths just for the experience the salt bath is cool. In general I’m very disappointed.

  Wow. The entire experience was amazing. The ambiance is perfect, music mystical and dark lovely. Candle lights in the beautiful pools set a wonderful mood... You get tea, refreshments while you're there, slippers and bathrobe and a locker. You can't take your phone with you in... Understandable. We opted for the massage, and after the massage you get to go up to the roof top pool where they allow maximum 4 ppl at a time. The views are spectacular. Then you go down and enjoy all the different salt pools. A truly unforgettable experience. Worth every penny!
